We hope you love your online experience as much as we love you!

However, we understand that sometimes some things don’t quite look or fit the way you were expecting when checking out this product online, so to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience, The Running Edge Online offers you a 30 day returns policy on goods that are unused and in a saleable condition.

 

If you believe the goods to be faulty, please read our Faulty Items section below.

FAULTY ITEMS

You may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund within three months of purchase with proof of purchase from www.therunningedge.com.au.

You are entitled to return a product that:

  • does not do what it is normally supposed to.
  • has a defect.
  • is unacceptable in appearance or finish.
  • breaks down before you would reasonably expect it to.

If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify returns@therunningedge.com.au for advice before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults by the brand's supplier before issuing a refund. This may take up to 21 business days. 

Please note that items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.  The customer will be notified and the goods returned to them at their own expense.

Refunds for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.

 

OUR IN STORE RETURNS POLICY:

As we offer an extensive fitting service in store, we gladly exchange products if they are made within 7 days & are in a re-saleable condition. We do not refund unless the product:

  • does not do what it is normally supposed to.
  • has a defect.
  • is unacceptable in appearance or finish.
  • breaks down before you would reasonably expect it to

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE?

  • You can return any item for a refund, within 30-days of receiving your original order (The refund is not inclusive of any shipping charges that may be incurred throughout the return & purchase process).

  • If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

  • To make a return, you will need to follow the following instructions:

    • Contact us by emailing returns@therunningedge.com.au and requesting a Return Authorization number (RA number). Returns will not be accepted without proper RA number issued by The Running Edge.

    • Once you have the RA number, fill out the return form and include it in the box in which you are going to return the product, preferably the same box that was sent to you originally.

    • We suggest you send this return using a carrier offering tracking as we take no responsibility for misplaced returns.

    • All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and a return shipping fee charged.

    • This return procedure is only valid for sales made via www.therunningedge.com.au


WHAT IS THE RUNNING EDGE'S ONLINE RETURN POLICY?

In most cases, you can return your online purchase for any reason within 30 days of the ship date.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE?

No, you must return all purchases from online to www.therunningedge.com.au.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE FOR SOMETHING ELSE?

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds. If you were after an alternative product, you will need to place a new order. 


HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your item, and refunds will be processed within 1 – 2 working days of receiving this email. 

Your money is automatically refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase, excluding shipping charges:

  • If the payment was made using a debit or credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to the card - please allow up to 3 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • If the payment was made using PayPal, the value of your return will be refunded to your PayPal account - please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.
